Ben Altstatt is the Production Manager at Western Spring Manufacturing. He has been in the spring and wire form industry for over two decades and understands the importance of being organized and efficient in his role. He strives to provide customers with an outstanding experience and deliver the highest quality products.
As a proud member of the Spring Manufacturers Institute (SMI), he believes it is vital to keep up to date with the ever-evolving technologies and advancements of the spring manufacturing industry. His ability to multi-task is what makes him most effective in his role and he loves being able to achieve an outcome that adds value for each customer project.
Through Ben’s work at Western Spring Manufacturing, he has managed the production of a wide variety of spring and wire forms for dozens of different industries. From complex machine parts to simple springs, he is able to oversee every step of the process to ensure that Western Spring products are exceeding customer expectations.
Ben has been instrumental in the growth of the company and its success. He is passionate about helping to improve production operations within the company He deeply values the relationships he has fostered with his colleagues, customers, and suppliers, and is committed to continuing to build those relationships.

When Ben isn’t at work, he enjoys watching one of his three daughters’ sporting events, or spending time with his wife and their silver Labrador.
