Matt Haberman
Engineering Manager
Matt Haberman is the Engineering Manager at Western Spring Manufacturing. He has been in this position since July 2019 and has been a tremendous asset to the company.
Matt’s role is to oversee all things technical and technology related. He supports production by repairing machinery and automating processes, as well as working with customers to find a solution to their challenges.
The thing Matt enjoys most about his role is that every day brings a new and unique set of challenges. He loves figuring out a problem and finding a solution that not only resolves the problem but also exceeds the status quo. Matt’s ability to get his hands dirty allows him to understand the problem and work toward a beneficial solution.
When Matt’s not working, he enjoys sailing in the summer and downhill skiing in the winter with friends and family. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Matt’s knowledge and experience in his role have been strengthened by 20+ years of machine design experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and has an immense amount of experience in the field. He has attended multiple courses and training and is always looking for new ways to better his knowledge.
Matt is a dedicated and motivated individual that strives to create the best solutions possible. His skills and capabilities as an engineer are the most effective factor in his position at Western Spring Manufacturing. He has proven time and time again that he is dedicated to excellence and he brings that same level of effort to his everyday life. His ability to find new and innovative solutions and dedicate his time to creating a better future is what makes him the most effective in his role.
