      Your Purchase Order Details

      Once your purchase ordered is submitted, pricing will be confirmed based on quantity ordered. Your purchase order details should include all relevant information concerning the part number and applicable part description or details.

      Your Billing Details

      Enter the company name or contact name including your entire address for billing submissions.

      Your Shipping Details

      You may provide a different shipping address other than your billing address. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address provided.

      Your UPS / FedEx Account Number is used to initiate shipping from the Western Spring warehouse to your selected location.

      Purchase Terms

      Western spring will ship approval samples to the shipping address provided. If you do not have a UPS / FedEx account, the shipping cost will be invoiced to your account.

      All credit card orders are to be paid prior to shipment. Credit card processing fees may apply. An invoice will be emailed to the above email address for direct payment. The Western Spring terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders.

      Your submitted purchase order details will be reviewed by our team within 1-2 business days.

      We will contact you directly if we have any questions about your P.O. or need additional details.

      We do our very best to ensure all orders arrive on the preferred ship date.  We will notify you if there is a concern that your ship to date is not available.
